Cancellation and No-Show Policy
Policy Regarding Cancellations and No-Shows:
We kindly request that any cancellations or modifications to appointments be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Changes or cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 50% charge of the booked services.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the service price, and deposits made towards the service are non-refundable. However, you may reschedule your appointment once.
Late Policy:
If a client arrives more than 15 minutes late for their scheduled appointment, they will be required to reschedule. To ensure the smooth running of our services, we advise clients to arrive promptly for their appointments.
Other Business Lash Fill Policy
If you have existing lash extensions done by a non-LV Beauty Spa, we will recommend removing your current set or waiting until the current lashes have shed before coming in for a Full Set service.
It is our goal to provide transparent and up-front pricing to all our clients. When our Stylists recommend removing existing sets, it is to ensure that all clients receive services which adhere to our strict standards of quality and walk out our door with the pleasing look of uniformly well-applied lashes!
No Guest or Kids
While we at LV Beauty Spa love children, we discourage guests from bringing children with them to their appointments. Being that your eyes are required to stay closed during the service you can’t watch your child and it becomes a safety issue and liability for LV Beauty Spa.
The eyelash extension procedure is very relaxing and other guests often enjoy the calm atmosphere the service creates, and should a disruption occur, it can change the experience many come to enjoy.
